Royal Deck was founded in 2004 by the Dutch international wood trader Royal Boogaerdt Timber and some experienced teak deck layers. Starting with one team, the first projects were successfully completed and rapidly followed by more. The number of projects and employees did increase and therefore bases in North- and South Europe were opened for efficient support, pre-fabrication, and storage purposes. Nowadays Royal Deck works as an independent company. We are one of the biggest and most respected deck-laying companies worldwide. Our complete project management, support & service together with our dedicated team of craftsmen, ensures you a successful project.
Royal Deck offers turn-key complete deck systems in solid teak, SY-L teak, finger- and scarf jointed teak as wel as alternative wood species and artificial / synthetic decks.

Whilst our head-office and project management are located in the Netherlands; Royal Deck’s production facility is based near Gdansk in Poland.
As the majority of our craftsmen are living in Poland, the choice of moving our production there as well were both effective and efficient.
With modern and up-to-date machinery, all decks, caprails and other items are prefabricated at this location and from here transported to every project Royal Deck is working on.
